Psychiatry is an organisation operating in line with Central Denmark Region’s somatic hospitals. Psychiatry is managed by the hospital management and reports to the corporate management.
The hospital management team includes a managing director, a chief executive nurse and a hospital medical director. The hospital management has overall responsibility for operation and development within Psychiatry, including appropriate planning and organisation of the enterprise as a whole.
Psychiatry has approx. 3000 members of staff.
Central Denmark Region Psychiatry is organised into eight hospital departments that are divided into two specialties; Adult Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
