Description of the task

Central Denmark Region wishes to purchase one hot cell for use in research and development of new radioactive biomarkers for PET and SPECT at the Department of Clinical Physiology and Nuclear Medicine, Aarhus University Hospital.

The passage ways to the laboratory in which the hotcell must be installed (building 10C-K, room 16b), are limited. We therefore refer to the enclosed building drawings to ensure that the equipment offered by the tenderer can be transported to the laboratory.

The requirement specification is enclosed.

The orderer requests three side-ordered tenders, one on each of the models sketched below. On basis of the tenders received, the orderer will determine which of the three solutions we wish to pursuit. Only tenders on that specific model will hereafter be evaluated to determine the economically most favourable offer. All tenders will be evaluated referring to the enclosed requirement specification.
Tender 1: Standard dimensions
Tender 2: Extended dimensions
Tender 3: Stack (double) hotcell
